Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TriSolaris Planner℠ (the “Service”), operated by TriSolaris Capital℠ LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“TriSolaris,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

TriSolaris Planner℠ is a self-directed modeling and projection tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Projections (including Monte Carlo simulations, stress tests, and confidence scores) are estimates based on assumptions and inputs you control -- they are not guarantees of future results. Consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making financial decisions.

2. The Service and Pricing Tiers

The Service is offered on the following tiers:

• Explorer (free):manual entry, CSV/OFX import, 1 saved scenario, cross-device sync while signed in. No account is required to use most of the Service -- see “Accounts” below.
• Navigator (paid subscription, monthly or annual):unlimited scenarios, linked bank/brokerage account syncing via Plaid, and other features described on the Planner's Upgrade page.
• Founder Lifetime (one-time payment, limited quantity): permanent Navigator-tier access for a single payment, offered to a capped number of early users.

We may change tier features, pricing, or availability at any time, with notice for material changes affecting active subscribers.

3. Accounts

An account is required to use the Service. Creating one (via a one-time email sign-in link or code -- we do not use passwords) starts a 7-day free trial automatically; continued use after the trial ends requires a paid tier or falls back to the free Explorer tier. You're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, since it's the sole means of signing in.

4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Navigator subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled; Founder Lifetime is a single, non-recurring payment. Full billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in our Billing & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the financial information you enter into the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect Your Data.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers -- including Plaid (bank/brokerage account linking), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email) -- each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of these third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation; (c) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or (d) circumvent any tier limits or access controls.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriSolaris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions made based on projections generated by the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
